| George Rempel Auto Centre was recommended to me by a close friend who had been going there for years. When my extended warranty was finished on my Volkswagen, I felt no obligation to continue getting all my service done at the dealership. I was searching for a new garage to take care of my 2015 Tiguan. I cannot say enough about the knowledge and customer service offered at George Rempel. For every service I have had done, I received a detailed invoice with pictures of the work or work that should be considered. When the car is ready for pickup, over the phone you get full details of the work done and the cost. In case you have any questions you have the opportunity to ask them now. They also keep records of the history of the car and when service should be performed again. I love the reminder sticker on the windshield. If you care about your car this is the place for you. |

| When I first brought in my car for a large amount of work, I was disappointed that they missed replacing a brake light bulb. Joel explained how sometimes weather can play tricks on the bulbs and on hot days the bulb's filament can actually make contact and make it work. I popped around and Joel fixed the problem free of charge and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for resolving this issue for me! |
