There is no hidden costs and they get my approval before going ahead with any repairs. They are honest with me and I trust them with my vehicle. Communication with me on my vehicle is important to me and they provide me with all the details. They also answer any questions that I may have and guide me in the right direction as to how to service my vehicle. |

This time, they suggested that we need not do an oil change yet since we hadn't driven enough Kms. to warrant it. They did a quick, and much less expensive, travel inspection instead. The previous time, they found rust on the body that we got the dealer to repair under warranty. And, one and one-half years ago, when our (previous) car broke down, Jeff advised us through a challenging warranty process that resulted in Hyundai replacing the car's motor. |
