| Review by Edna johnstone: I feel the service is above the call of duty. I appreciate the honesty and a detailed written estimate of what will be required in the future. Recently when I was getting an oil change, I was advised that I had an engine leak and would require repair. When I took it back to the dealer they did a patch up job. On my next oil change I was advised I still had the engine leak. Luckily I have an extended warranty and it is in getting serviced right now. If I had gone to the dealership for my oil changes would they have told me about the engine leak? Maybe or maybe not. I have never doubted the advice I receive at George rempel auto service. |

I appreciate how after service visits they show me photographs, or even the physical parts that have been replaced and explain what/where/why with every service visit. There's another (non-NAPA) auto centre/garage near by that fails in comparison to George Rempel's professionalism and degree of customer service. Also they're just nice guys. |

I just learned that Rempel is certified to service my 2014 Ford Fusion and I will be taking it to Geo Rempel instead of the dealership I bought it from as Rempel is close to my home and offer comparable if not better service than the dealership. A truly great auto service centre . |
