Although this was really just our "first date" I did feel quite comfortable with the staff and was not stressed at all by them. I had to pay more money than I would want to pay (of course) but car repairs are a fact of life and these guys explained everything that needed to be done and I am happy with the result as I love my car and want it to keep running for a long time.
